Recommended Use: Helps in the formation of red blood cells. Helps to maintain (proper) muscle function. Helps maintain the body's ability to metabolize nutrients.
Recommended Dose: 1 Scoop once a day. Use the scoop that comes with the product. Take a scoop once a day. Mix the product well in 1 to 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Duration of Use: For occasional use only. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Cautions and warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking anti-inflammatory agents, including corticosteroids and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). If you have diabetes, consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have overactive bladder syndrome (detrusor instability). This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals. If those symptoms occur, stop use and consult a health care practitioner. Avoid taking with health products or foods that contain caffeine and/or increase blood pressure (e.g., medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate, bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra, ephedrine). If symptoms persist or worsen or if new symptoms appear, discontinue use, and consult a health care practitioner. If you are taking any prescription drugs, consult a health care practitioner before using this product.
Contraindications: Do not use if you have a history of arrhythmias / cardiovascular problems or risk factors for cardiovascular disease (eg high blood pressure, high cholesterol and / or triglycerides) or glaucoma. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product.
Known adverse reactions: Caffeine may cause anxiety, rapid heart rate (tachycardia), palpitations, insomnia, restlessness, nervousness, tremor, and headache. If you experience such symptoms, discontinue use. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
