Birthday cake flavor… in protein bar form.
These Birthday Cake Protein Bars are colorful, delicious, and perfect as a post-workout snack, afternoon treat, or meal prep staple to keep in the fridge.
Ingredients :
-1/2 cup oat flour
-1/3 cup nut butter
-3 Tbsp almond milk
-1/4 cup maple syrup (or other natural sweetener)
-1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
-2 Tbsp sprinkles
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions :
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together except for the sprinkles and the milk
- Slowly add the milk until a dough-like consistency.
- Fold in the sprinkles.
- Press the dough into a silicone mold (or into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper)
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Store in the refrigerator
