Recommended Dose: Adults (Oral powder): 1 Scoop once a day. Serving size: 1 scoop = 6g. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Take before meals. Take 2 - 4 hours prior to exercise.
Duration of Use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding, if you have diabetes, if you have a liver disorder or an iron deficiency or have a seizure disorder. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite. If you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, and/or confusion, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner as these may be symptoms pf serious low blood sugar.
