Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping and supporting Yummy Sports. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! 

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. To do so, please send an e-mail to info@yummysport.com detailing the reason you are choosing to return the product in question. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that: 

  • The product was purchased within the last 30 days. 
  • The product being returned must contain 100% of its contents and in its original packaging. 
  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. 
  • The product must have been purchased directly through Yummy Sports (yummysport.com). We are unable to process returns, nor provide prepaid return labels for Third Party Retailer purchases. 
  • We do not provide returns for satisfaction related requests, such as flavour preference. 
  • You must include pictures of the product, such as the inside of the container/bag and pictures of the lot # and expiry date. 

Products that do not meet this criterion will not be considered for a return. 

Upon requesting a return, you will be asked to complete a Customer Return Form. Once you have completed the form and sent it to us, please allow 5-10 business days for us to review and process the request. Please do not dispose of the returned items until Yummy Sports has reviewed the details. All approved returns will be issued a credit for our website (www.yummysport.com). 

 

Damaged Item(s) 

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately by sending an e-mail to info@yummysport.com. Within the e-mail please include: 

  • Your full name 
  • Order number 
  • The e-mail or phone number used to place the order 
  • A picture of the damaged product, including the lot # and expiry date 

 

Wrong Item Received 

If you received the wrong item, please notify us immediately by sending an e-mail to info@yummysport.com. Within the e-mail please include: 

  • Your full name 
  • Order number 
  • The e-mail or phone number used to place the order 
  • A picture of the incorrect product, including the lot # and expiry date 

 

Ordered the wrong flavour or size? 

Sometimes that happens – we get it! In the event this happened to you, please send an e-mail to orders@yummysport.com. Within the e-mail let us know what flavour or size you were actually looking to order, and include: 

  • Your full name 
  • Order number 
  • The e-mail or phone number used to place the order 

It is important to note that we will only accept the return in this circumstance if: 

  • The product was purchased within the last 30 days. 
  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging. 
  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. 

Please note that we will not provide a prepaid shipping label -you will have to ship the product to us at your own expense. Once we have received it, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the above criteria. If it meets the above criteria, you will be issued a credit for our website so you are able to place an order for the correct product. Please note that the credit amount does not cover any shipping fees.
