It's incredibly versatile and can be seamlessly blended into your daily routine. Enjoy it in a shake, mixed with yogurt, added to oatmeal, pancakes, muffins, or countless other recipes.

Recommended Use: Workout supplement / Athletic support. Source of essential amino acids and protein for the maintenance of good health. Source of amino acids involved in muscle protein synthesis. Source of protein which helps build and repair body tissues. Assists in the building of lean muscle when combined with regular weight/resistance training and a healthy balanced diet.
Recommended Dose: Adults (Oral powder): 1 Scoop, 1 to 3 times per day. 1 Scoop = 32g. 1 Scoop contains 23g Medicinal ingredient. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. For increasing exercise performance: Consume 45-90 minutes before exercising. For repairing muscles: Consume no later than 90 minutes after exercising.
Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have liver or kidney disease. Ensure you drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise.
Contraindications: If you have a milk allergy, do not use this product.
Known Adverse Reaction: This product may cause mild gastrointestinal disturbances.

Yummy Sports is my favourite brand of protein. If you mix it in milk, I use almond, it literally tastes like a milkshake with no chalky aftertaste, and my stomach doesn’t go crazy digesting it. Highly recommend!! The chunks of chocolate bar make it even better!

Je n'ai malheureusement pas aimé le goût, beaucoup d'attente. J'étais persuadé que ça goûterait le ciel mais pas du tout. Ça goûte vraiment beaucoup la protéine voir même que l'on goûte très peu ce que c'est sensé être en réalité. Ferme les yeux et tu ne devinera JAMAIS que ça goûte le chocolat / smarties J'avais en passant acheté 2 sacs / kitkat et smarties et c'est pareil dans les deux cas. Je n'essayerai pas d'autres sortes

I have been taking protein supplements for years and the ISO Chunks chocolate candies flavour is my absolute favourite! It satisfies the sweet tooth with small pieces of chocolate candies. I would post a picture, but I haven’t had it in a couple of months as it’s been sold out at my supplement store, Amazon, and here online. Hoping it comes back in soon!!
