Recommended Dose: Adults: 1 scoop once a day. Take with food / meal. Mix the product well in 1 or 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consuming. Additional Dosage Information: One scoop = 8.5g.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking anti-inflammatory agents, including corticosteroids and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals. If those symptoms occur, stop use and consult a health care practitioner. Avoid taking with health products or foods that contains caffeine and/or increase blood pressure (e.g., medications, coffee, tea, colas, coca, guarana, mate, bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedrine). If symptoms persist or worsen or if new symptoms appear, discontinue use, and consult a health care practitioner. If you are taking any prescription drugs, consult a health care practitioner before using this product.
Contraindications: Do not use this product if you have had a heart attack / myocardial infarction. Known adverse reactions: Some people might have gastrointestinal complaints (such as diarrhea).
