Recommended Use: Helps (temporarily) improve (physical) energy. Helps (temporarily) reduce exhaustion / fatigue. Promotes (temporarily) endurance, helps reduce fatigue and improve physical performance.
Recommended Dose: Adults: 1 Scoop 1 time per day. Take with food. Take 2-4 hours before exercising. Use the spoon that comes with the product. To minimize the risk of gastrointestinal side effects, start with 1/3 scoop, 2-3 times per day, then slowly increase to the full dose once per day over a 2-week period.
Cautions and Warnings: This product is not intended to replace sleep.
