Ingredients :
-12 pitted dates (or more)
-1/4 cup of pistachio cream
-1 scoop iso vanilla ice cream
-1/3 cup of salted chips or cereals (to make the crispy part)
-1/3 cup dark chocolate (melted)
Instructions :
1. Place the dates on a sheet of parchment paper and shape them into your desired bite size.
2. Gently flatten the dates using a glass or a rolling pin until smooth and compact.
3. In a bowl, combine the pistachio cream, chocolate chips, and protein powder.
4. Add about 1/2 tsp of the mixture onto each flattened date base.
5. Top with another flattened date to close and form a bite.
6. Dip each bite into melted dark chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
7. Sprinkle with sea salt and crushed pistachios for garnish.
8. Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, or until set.
