Creatine has no taste and can be added to your EAA, Collagen, Greens, BCAA, ISO, Pre-workout, or any other supplement during the day! It can also be mixed in your morning smoothies. One scoop per day, every day.

Recommended Use: Improves strength/power/performance in repetitive bouts of brief, highly intense physical activity (e.g., sprints, jumping, resistance training) (by increasing [muscle/intramuscular). Increases body/(lean)muscle mass/size when used in conjunction with a resistance training regimen.

Recommended dosage: Adults 18 years and over 1 measure once a day (1 measure (scoop) = 5g) Start with a loading phase of 4 weeks (3-5 g/d) and follow with a maintenance phase (2-5 g/d). Use the spoon (scoop) supplied by the product.
