Yummy Sport’s EAA is especially formulated to support your hardest workout. The added electrolytes allow you to keep your hydration and the EAA’s support your muscles while they perform. For peak performance and muscle support, simply mix Yummy Sport's EAA with 250 to 500ml of water (adjust to taste), and enjoy it before or during your physical activities.

Recommended Use: Helps build muscle mass/lean muscle tissue when used in combination with regular (weight/resistance) training and a balanced diet. Source of (essential) amino acid(s) involved in muscle protein synthesis. Training supplement.
Recommended Dose : Adults (Oral powder): 1 Scoop, once per day. 1 scoop = 9g. Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise.
Cautions and Warnings: Do not use this product with other potassium-containing supplements or with other potassium-containing salt substitutes. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
