Carrot cake muffins

We’ve reinvented the classic carrot cake muffin — same delicious taste, now packed with extra nutrition and around 10g of protein per serving 🥕

Ingredients muffins :

-1 scoop Iso Vanilla 

-1/3 cup calorie-free sweetned

- 1/3 cup flour 

- 1/3 cup coconut flour

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1/4 tsp baking soda

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1/2 tsp nutmeg

- 1/2 tsp ginger 

- 1/4 tsp cloves 

- 1 cup gated carrots

- 1/2 cup milk of choice 

- 1/2 applesauce

- 1 tsp vanilla extract 

- 1/4 cup egg whites 

- 1 tsp olive oil

Icing : 

-2 tbs greek yogurt 

-2 tbs Philadelphia cream cheese 

-1 scoop Vanilla Marine Collagen 

-1 scoop powdered sugar

-1/2 tsp almond extract 

-1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

Preparation :

  1. Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix
  2. Add the grated carrots, applesauce, vanilla, olive oil, egg white, and almond milk
  3. Pour into a muffin tin
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes.
