Halloween brownies… but make them healthy! 👻
Ingredients :Â
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup flour
1 scoop Iso - Peanut butter cupsÂ
1/2 cup 0 calorie sweetener
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of saltÂ
1/2 cup greek yogurtÂ
2 large eggsÂ
1 tsp vanilla extractÂ
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauceÂ
1/2 cup dark chocolateÂ
Preparation :Â

Preheat your oven toÂ
350°F (175°C)
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredientsÂ
- In another bowl, whisk the greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla extract, and the applesauce until well combined,
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined. (Don't overtax)Â
- Transfer the batter into a 9x9 inch baking panÂ
- Bake for 20-25 min or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
