Easter Protein Cookie Dough

The perfect no-bake snack packed with protein and loaded with colorful Mini Eggs, it’s a fun, feel-good recipe you’ll want to make on repeat—whether you’re celebrating Easter or just craving something sweet and satisfying.

Ingredients :

- 1 scoop of Creamy Eggs protein

- ¼ cup oat flour

- Pinch of salt

- 1 tbsp vanilla Jell-O powder

- 1 tbsp PB2 (powdered peanut butter)

- 1 tbsp brown sweetener

- ½ tbsp vanilla extract

- 3 tbsp almond milk (or more, depending on texture)

- Dark chocolate chunks and/or mini chocolate eggs

Preparation :

1. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.

2. Add the vanilla and almond milk, and mix well.

3. Fold in the chocolate and Mini Eggs.

4. Refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes.

5. Enjoy with a spoon or shape into small balls for the perfect Easter snack!
