Protein strawberry muffins

Dry ingredients:

Wet ingredients:

  • 1 / 4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 / 4 cup sugar-free applesauce
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 / 4 cup white chocolate

 

Preparation :

  1. Whisk the wet ingredients together, then stir in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk.
  2. Add strawberries and chocolate.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Let stand 5-10 minutes.
  5. Enjoy !
