- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop of Yummy Sports' ISO vanilla ice cream
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
Wet ingredients:
- 1 / 4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 / 4 cup sugar-free applesauce
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 / 4 cup white chocolate
Preparation :
- Whisk the wet ingredients together, then stir in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk.
- Add strawberries and chocolate.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Let stand 5-10 minutes.
